Tonquin Prime Rib Village
The Tonquin Prime Rib Village is Jasper's long-established 'authority on prime rib'. The AAA pure Alberta beef is aged 21 days, and then cooked for seven hours to tender, juicy perfection. The restaurant is also known for its BBQ ribs, chicken and Greek-style lamb chops, and offers a great children's menu.

May to October
Open for buffet breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
